2 years ago - Uses the new markdown CONTRIBUTING.md in the Sphinx docs instead of the old .rst version, making it accessible also through the repository root.
- Improves the contribution guidance by making it more concise.
- Adds issue templates to lower energy barrier for reporting issues. Possibly also makes the repository look better in the eyes of GitHub's algorithm (see https://github.com/hmakelin/gisnav/community).
