Decided not to include the example ulog file in the repo since it was close to 100 MB. It can be downloaded from Google Drive here: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1SmcOV11IJG4qL7Of77mpNICeiLP_9fH7?usp=sharing
Adds Jupyter notebook and example ULog file for computing SITL test mock GPS position estimate error.
