Add ROS 2 integration tests to CI #6

Runs ROS 2 integration tests as part of CI pipeline.

Updates README.md with command line example to download LoFTR weights.

Tests are failing because NVIDIA driver not found. Will be fixed in later PRs. Should also make the step fail if the tests do not pass.
