Timeout configuration #947

Hi all,

We are integrating with VAT API and would like to define a default timeout for our requests to prevent them from hanging forever if something goes wrong on your end.

I didn't find any information about the SLA of the live API, and I believe I can't assume it has the same performance as the Sandbox, which is pretty fast.

Do you have any recommendations for such a configuration?

Our standard request timeout is 20 seconds.
