services is required #6

why services is required? user should be able to select services or search for all devices no?

This would be much more useful, there some reason we can't just scan all devices?

Any idea how to get device UUID within bluetooth range? I need to get the RSSI value, am still not sure how to use this capacitor plugin Please help, TIA
