Dear borkra@gmail.com,
you must believe I am doing this to piss you off BUT guess this is not the case.
I followed the instructions on your wiki and in case this is not what you
expected...you may consider that this is a misstake or your wiki is not bullet
prove.
Anyway thanks for looking into this and responding in this kind way...since
miranda was working for year stable against this server I will deinstall it and
look for a different messagner...from my point of view I did my best to support
miranda in becoming a good tool.
You may reconsider you attitue towards bugs since all open source projects rely
on this kind of feedback in order to develop futher and become a great product.

Well, if I do not see a bug with Miranda here, maybe a bug with Openfire
server. You are using a very old version it was released 4 years ago... You may
try to disable compression or update the server to the latest version.
We are Open Source free project, sorry, no time for any kind of feedback. We
help the ones who help themselves. Essentially debug the problem, find a cause,
then I will fix it. But you will have to do the digging, I do not have time ...

To say even more I tried to send exactly the same message from exactly the same
server installed locally and it worked .... And no disconnects....

Thanks you very much!
I believe I found the issue on the history/profile file.
I took the portable package (latest 0.9.33) and it was working fine in case
using a new profile. After replacing the new profile file against my old file,
miranda started disconnecting again. I assume the profile file is somehow
broken...since I am using the same file since years...it may occured in some of
the updates.
Thanks agains...
