Add Swedish translation #580

Swedish translations, I also tidied up the indentations in the Angular config file.

Hey, thank you very much for your contribution! To fully integrate the translation into the application, you can add another build for Swedish to the package.json as well as an entry to the language menu in the header.component.html . In case you need further assistance or would prefer me to make these changes, i'm happy to help :)

I just created a new release branch with some updates. It would be best to rebase your branch onto it and set it as target branch for your merge request.
