changed fee slider to default to normal rather than economy #35

perhaps change default fee when sending to 'normal', rather than 'economy'? feels more preferable as a user, but maybe its just me. cool wallet btw!

@ShaunApps I just tested this and it works as expected as well. I made the changes in the iOS version as well on their Segwit branch. We all looking good for the next update thanks!
