As admin, I cannot add swipes for users. Send Error 500 #18

Sometimes I need to add swipes to some users. There is only one way to do this is making fake RFID tag and do a physical swipes on RPI console.

The better way is making swipes via admin web page, but it writes out Error 500.

Making swipes via admin page should be working. So it't probably bug.
