*SPOOL error is swallowed on RISC-V BASIC; appears on other Co Pros.

The error turned out to be a MMC Write error (bad connection)

Probably the issue is BBC BASIC not the Co Pro,

User error!

I was running a BBC Basic with an 8b error number (master), and a RISC V Co Pro with a 32b error number (alpha3)
