Add Kenya

This has been done, so can be closed. NB, it needed a fix. https://github.com/holidays/definitions/pull/236

It may be telling us this repo needs a simple test run, maybe GitHub Actions driven?

Kenya is still not showing in the regions list @hlascelles

@waceke-kc Thanks for bringing this up. https://github.com/holidays/holidays/pull/420 and https://github.com/holidays/definitions/pull/265 should fix this once merged. Feel free to test and use development versions before hand as it may take some time to get a new release.
