Add option --debug #17

For debugging odd scenarios, add a --debug switch that logs debug info.

Switch is stubbed in with commit fd7af169578ca734fff163695be4d11c76872103.

This was effectively done, though there are more opportunities to use it. For now, it only triggers a dump of the command parameters.
