AndroidTV remote looses pairing after HA restart

The problem

I am using the Google chromecast with Google TV. I have two home assistant instances pairing to the same chromecast. Every time the Home Assistant is restarted (after updated for example) the pairing is lost and I have to enter the code from the screen again. The issue happens on HomeAssistant running in HAOS and in container. The issue has been happening for long time but not 100% if it was present since integration introduction.

Please advise on the needed debug information (config files, logs, etc.)
