i got the same problem after upgrading to the core version 2024.9.0, it has been fixed, but after the update to the version 2024.9.3 few hours ago, it doesn’t work again anymore.
I have the problem on my automations and via the developer tool as well.

The problem
TTS doesn’t work anymore with my homepods.
