integration balboa doesn't update status and shows wrong climate state ... #129291

The problem

Hi !

I have a BP2100G1 with TP700 and find some issues so far:

1) The integr. doesn't update the temp automatically, have to start a pump motor to update ... 2) The Climate show's heat and is orange even of the SPA doesn't heat ...

What version of Home Assistant Core has the issue?

What your describing is the way the device works normally while in the rest state. Until you start a pump, which sets the spa to "ready-in-rest" mode, or switch to ready mode where it will try to maintain the temperature all the time, the device doesn't measure and report the temperature.

Ok, thank for fast response, much appreciated, but I have the filter cycle 1 on for 24 hours , so it should not be in restmode. (I can see the temp changing and requested heater to be turned on / off in the Climate device). But unfortunately the integr. doesn't save anything in the logbook. Can that be fixed ?
