ZHA: Aqara motion sensors started disconnecting after the 2022.3 update #68343

The problem

My Zigbee network is built from Sonoff Zigbee Bridge (+Tasmota 10.1), some Aqara and Sonoff sensors/buttons, and Aqara + IKEA light bulbs. The network was working pretty stable up until the latest 2022 March update. Then the Aqara motion sensors started to disconnect frequently, sometime few times per day. Disconnection means that there is no status change from the device. To resolve the problem, I pair the device and then it starts working again. I also noticed the problem happens only with the Aqara motion sensors but not with the Aqara buttons. They are all the same model: RTCGQ11LM

Anything in the logs that might be useful for us?

I enables the DEBUG log as suggested in the docs.
However, there's nothing showing up in the logs when the issues starts.
The motion sensors simply stop functioning and the logs don't show up any line from that time.
I tried that several time with different sensors and the result was always the same.

Feel free to read through this: https://community.hubitat.com/t/xiaomi-aqara-devices-pairing-keeping-them-connected/623

the non zigbee 3 Aqara devices are essentially a crapshoot as to whether or not they will stay connected. This is not an issue with ZHA. If you have recently paired new mains powered devices start by removing them as they may be the cause of your issue. I am going to close this because there is nothing we can do about this in ZHA itself.

@dmulcahey thanks for replying. I did read that page before posting and IKEA bulbs are listed under "Zigbee repeaters reported to work with Xiaomi devices". The other fact is that only the Aqara motion sensors are disconnecting, but the buttons don't.

Absolutely nothing we can control here.
