Inconsistent API poll rate tomorrow.io integration #94542

Closed AmoebeLabs closed 1 year ago

AmoebeLabs commented 1 year ago

The problem

The poll rate and distribution of the tommoro.io integration seem random.

On some days, it doesn't poll at all, on other days it is oke, and sometimes it runs into API limits.

There hasn't been any activity on this issue recently. Due to the high number of incoming GitHub notifications, we have to clean some of the old issues, as many of them have already been resolved with the latest updates. Please make sure to update to the latest Home Assistant version and check if that solves the issue. Let us know if that works for you by adding a comment 👍 This issue has now been marked as stale and will be closed if no further activity occurs. Thank you for your contributions.

first time I am seeing this. Without logs, it's hard to speak to what's happening, because the integration is set up to poll the API on a consistent basis. With that being said, we have seen that some set of calls will fail on occasion. I don't think we know exactly why yet
