Pulled in @Dax911 's previously reverted UI changes from https://github.com/ai-qol-things/rusty-ollama/commit/dd8f99b8631dffea3b3c9b0d6a10c4900ce3c5bc that:

Switch to using Tailwind CSS for styling
Pull in Geist as the font
Clean up the UI layout and add a logo
