Should set "in reply to id" when replying to a tweet #282

When replying to a tweet, the @reply should set the "in reply to id" so that 
the conversation thread can be preserved and tracked.

Right now the id of the replied-to tweet isn't set, so the @reply cannot be 
traced back to the post that prompted it.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.1, Windows 7 Ultimate
