how i can open the Admin Menue? edit : work..

Use your scroll wheel to access it.remember to read his documentation if you don't know how to set it up. Not only will you learn how to set it up for you as an admin, but also find plenty more information to help you out in the long run. Plenty of work was put into the documentation and in replies in his release threads.
