Grow region on 3D segmentation preview OK but wrong region after compute #486

Hee everyone,

So when I use the grow region on 3D segmentation tool I press (press to preview) on the stomach and it clearly traces the right section. However, after pressing compute it marks a whole other area.

Any solutions?

Hi Tom,

You are getting more segmentation than the one you had on the preview but it includes the one from preview, right? If so, I included a while ago an option (check box) to make the region growing preview already 3D. Try to see if that enables you to better tune the threshold and solve the issue. (note: for large volumes de 3D preview is slower)

Hee João,

Yes that is true when I use brush mode it includes the segment and extra, but when i use the polygon option it completely changes the location.

I will try your suggetion, fingers crossed.
