horos mobile better but not enough #704

The app is improving itself, and that's gratifying. However, it still has significant shortcomings. It would be an excellent app if these issues were resolved. The shortcomings I found

It is very important to query the patients in order of date and time from the pacs, because it sorts all the patients on the selected date in alphabetical order when you query. Absence of saved filters on the patient query screen, like “mr today” “ct yesterday”. The fact that there is no dicom download feature in the background, but if this feature happens, we can continue to use the iPad while also downloading dicom files. If the reported dicom files are checked, they can also appear in the read reports. It would be nice to be able to set the screen options from the settings when the reporting screen opens. Like “1x2”, “1x3”. If the sound recording feature is displayed on the reporting screen, the sound recording can be shared with the cloud by reporting with the application without the need for any other tool for dicom reporting. This feature will make radiologists working remotely very comfortable.
