Details:

If I open an incognito window, the top bar is not dark. You can see what I mean in this photo :

This is not incognito mode and the top bar looks fine :

I'm using Inox.

Closing. I'm sorry, I didn't see the Chromium theme in the source, I thought it applies directly from the theme. Many thanks! :)
