Please test the newer fork and report the issue there if it still exists.
I just noticed the same issue on my chrome web browser. In chrome's settings there is an option to use the system title bar and borders (see screenshot). It's not quite as pretty as the chrome title bar but it's not that big of a difference but much less awkward looking. I did install the chromium browser on my Ubuntu 17.10 machine and it seems the issue was fixed for chromium but persists for chrome.
Chromium 65.0.3325.181 (today update). And latest Google Chrome - same to problem.
@KGMaxey I know, as long as I use it. But it is very cumbersome. And at each start with such parameter the browser window is shifted downwards (I do not use it for full screen), does not remember the position on the screen.
Please test the newer fork and report the issue there if it still exists.
Not helped. Centos 7 gtk 3.22
Again: Please close this issue and test the newer fork. I think we fixed such an issue already. If it still exists please open a new one there. https://github.com/NicoHood/arc-theme

After last update, Chromium (65.0.3325.162), big titlebar button. In settings "use system titlebar and border" - disabled.
Gnome 3.26.2 (Manjaro) In others themes (like a Adwaita, Numix) I don't see this.
