Support multi line header #75

In order to fully support duplex rendering combined with double line spacing, 
multi line headers are needed.

The solution can keep the requirement that fields must fit within its space on 
a single row.

Multi line header is already supported in the API and implementation. However, 
since it is not supported by the OBFL-specification, the issue is moved there.
