Please modify/add/tweak _HSTD status messages.

What is missing:

_HSTD_ACTIVATION_SUCCESS - should fire when activation has finished and no errors occurred
_HSTD_ACTIVATION_ERROR - should fire when activation has finished with errors

The 2 above need to fire for any -t of hossted activate.
