DKI Jakarta Assitance #9

Just recieved a call from BPBD DKI Jakarta about how they can get their hands on the RW boundaries as a shapefile, I am going to send him a copy now, but was wondering if someone from the HOT team could put together a step to step 1 pager (in bahasa) on how to get the RW boundaries out of OpenStreetMap.
The simplest methodology would be (I think) set up a job on the tasking server that all he needs to do is redownload, but happy for other suggestions too that could be more sustainable! I had sent to Mr. Bambang about How to Download OpenStreetMap data and I sent shapefile 'Boundaries RW DKI Jakarta'
