Mapping Fields Do Not Reset After Successful Bulk Count File Upload #453

Current behavior

The mapping fields retain the previous mappings, requiring users to manually clear them before mapping a new file.

Expected behavior

The mapping fields should reset to their default state, clearing any previous mappings and preparing the interface for a new upload.

Steps to reproduce the issue

Navigate to the bulk count upload section. Upload a valid bulk count file with field mappings. Observe the mapping fields after the upload completes.
