Even after logging out of Launchpad, the user is able to log into an app on a different instance without needing to log back in.
Expected behavior
After logging out of Launchpad, the user should not be able to log into any app on a different instance without re-authentication.
Steps to reproduce the issue
Log into Launchpad and open an app(app1) on one instance(ex-A)
Login one other app(app2) using different instance(ex-B)
Log out from Launchpad.
Attempt to log into app(app2).
