Bridge Components form example not working? #49

I've followed the instructions in the Hotwire Native iOS: Getting Started guide, and am playing around with the demo app.

In Bridge Components > Form example, the example doesn't seem to be doing what it says it should be; the "Submit Form" button is still visible below the form fields, and there is no native control in the top-right corner:

Sidenote: when it first loads, the page starts out scrolled down a little bit, which is unexpected. Not sure if it's related to the bridge component or a separate issue.

Ah, I just noticed this bit at the bottom: "And note that we are pointing to a demo application server that expects a bit more native functionality. Some of the links, like native controls, won’t work out of the box. Check out the Hotwire Native iOS demo app for examples on how to add bridge components, native screens, and more."

Nevermind!
