Display a field on an Archive Doc #366

Hello Erik We have created a field on a sales quote using S.O.D. but we want to transfer this through to the archive doc but this isn't showing as an option on the screen where it gives options where fields can be displayed.

Are we missing something or is this a system limitation?

Did you set up to transfer the field to the Archive table and then on the new field listed for the Archive table make it available on the Archive page? I am pretty sure i have done this before. Sorry I am not in BC to get you the exact names of the tables and object numbers.
