Error when parsing date

Running the command convert-bookmark 1 d/1/1/2000 suggest that date is invalid. In general, dates that follow dd/mm/yyyy but with single digit date/month such as 1/1/2000 are not accepted.

dd/mm/yyyy implies that day and month must have 2 digits (i.e. with leading zeroes). This fact has been clearly documented in the user guide.
