Updated rb_secure call for compatibility with Ruby 2.

I'm going to close this since it is apparently not going to be merged.

With Ruby 3.0 being released in the near future, not fixing this will be a major inconvenience.

It seems that the maintainer of this repository is not active anymore. According to https://rubygems.org/gems/serialport, @tenderlove is listed as an owner too.

@tenderlove may I kindly ask if there are any plans to maintain this gem in the future from your side, or will a fork be needed?
