exerciser `addattr` option not working #92

For exerciser runs, "addattr": "True" is not working

ERROR - unrecognized parameter: True.  Exitting.

Tested using only 2 and 3 dims. Options are from https://h5bench.readthedocs.io/en/latest/exerciser.html
