Fixed for now by be2435f6ef0200c5c217292b2d47b6b1c1aa8d20 and preceding commit, although it appears this might not last for long: https://github.blog/changelog/2024-03-07-github-actions-all-actions-will-run-on-node20-instead-of-node16-by-default/
