Hide timezone in summary for commits of local timezone #382

This way, commits that have a timestamp from a different timestamp may be discovered more easily.

Closes #294.

The following screenshot were taken in summer time (+02:00):

Looks like a good compromise to me.

I will merge it later. ;-) But probably not today. I must decide on an order for merging and releasing things, then I will do it.
