Conflict Management [est. cost: 4]

As housekeeping / user I want to be able to solve conflicts during the approval / rejection process of a booking request in order to provide an alternative to the requester if the room is already booked.

• [x] on room details (see #50) the events/event requests in the calendar should be clickable; on click a dialog should be opened, where you can input a message and have a button to decline the event
  • [x] in the dialog the most important details of the request are shown (creator, time)
  • [ ] when a message is inserted, an email notification should be sent to the owner of the event, notifiying him about the event being declined and containing the message inserted
• [x] when declining an event (request), the calendar view should be automatically updated

On room details in the context of a request. I think this view has not been built yet, correct @jaSunny? If so, just build the dialog here and don't integrate it in any details view at the moment.
