Native UI widget Tab box is not stating the activated tab on file load

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. create a new page with a native ui widgets tab box
2. Change the # from to 1 tab to 2 tab
3. save and reopen.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Tab box showing the correct # marked tab to be activated, always the first tab 
is activated

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.2, Windows xp

Please provide any additional information below.
