What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select an object using mouse while slightly moving it
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The object should not instantly move a bit, the moving should only be triggered
if moving by more than a couple of pixels because the mouse is not 100% steady
when selecting objects.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Ubuntu 10.10 Pencil 1.2 build 0.
