Error opening file for writing

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. try to install standalone windows version 
2. when the install process starts almost immediately i get the error message
3. abort

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
For the application to install.  I see the following error:
Error opening file for writting
c:\program files\evolus\pencil\app\chrome\content\behavior\commonbehaviors.js
click avort to stop installation
retry to try again, or
ignore to skip this file

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.2.0  windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.

I had the same problem.   The workaround is to install in a folder were you 
have permission to create files.   I installed into C:\Users\<my user name>,   
where <my user name> is my login name. 

The install completed when I used this alternate install folder.
