add XNB airport #105

Hey Oleg, thanks for the pull request. I see two issues though. First, why is the assigned zone Asia/Qatar instead of Asia/Dubai? And second IATA doesn't list XNB. Is this a new assignment?

I think this is an old code which got replaced by DXB now (at least ICAO code OMDB now maps to DXB). However it still makes sense to have it in, because there can be references to it it the old data which can be processed.

Hmm, I thought I just took it from some other database, but cannot find it any more.. Makes sense, updated now
