Replace react-native-sqlite-storage with op-sqlite #1467

https://github.com/andpor/react-native-sqlite-storage is unmaintained.

We should conside moving to https://github.com/OP-Engineering/op-sqlite instead. react-native-{windows|macos} support is uncertain right now however.
