[.htmlhintrc]Правило id-class-value #31

Студент использовал codestyle Академии .htmlhintrc https://github.com/htmlacademy/codeguide/blob/master/.htmlhintrc . И VS Code ругается на правило “id-class-value”: “dash”, хотя классы указываются верно.
