Shows frame time in ms and fps
Shows GPU VRAM usage by querying the correct OpenGL extension for NVIDIA cards (tested on my Quadro GPU and the value is correct). Querying this value on AMD or Intel GPUs may cause a crash...no way for me to test that LOL.
Adds the fmt library.
Updates nuklear to use the new fork and not the archived vurtun one.
The visibility of this debug UI can be easily made toggle-able from the engine settings XML config.
