AVR website: Synonym search no longer works #138

Last week 8-10-2023 the synonym search worked great from the top search bar, now it doesn't.

Example: CD20 should be pulling up all entries for MS4A1.

We standardized on HGNC approved symbol.

The target_symbol and target_alias is pulled from UBKG. Since the ElasticSearch was rebuilt yesterday it is possibly that this points to a recent problem in UBKG.

I have a branch that I am testing now. This was caused by the rebuild not including all of the data from UBKG.

Tested on DEV, and moved to PROD and tested.
