Feature request: expose %AS when block collides with organ regions in RUI #802

From MC-IU All Hands meeting April 20, 2022 Josef Hardi asked if it was possible to expose the % of AS in the RUI and EUI

The question was in relation to Fusheng Wang & Lu Chen's 3D Geometry-Based Tissue Block Annotation work, but likely could already be implemented in standard RUI version?

Display the %AS when block collides with organ regions in RUI and exposes ontology annotations.

This could allow the RUI user to know when they have reached the registration, if they are aware of what cell types are available.

Possible percentage addition after AS tags?

Can we provide intersection percentage on the fly? Might be a lot of small numbers for organs with many AS. Also only makes sense for mesh-based collision IMO.

Possible options for tissue block percentage:

Make the percentages super prominent
Possibly mockup area on right side where there is space used
Icon to distinguish collision. Material Join icons perhaps? Explore ways to encode, possibly use color
sort by alphabetical, sort by collision volume
