Missing ringing sound on outgoing calls #70

What steps will reproduce the problem?
 call via sipdroid

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
 no ringing sound (ringing, busy, ...), only silence while waiting for the
other person to pick up the phone.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
 0.9.11

Please provide any additional information below.
 I don't use PBXes, direct connect to my voip provider
