Add Simplified Chinese translation

Fix i18n strings.
Added colors for service status.
According to #3 point 1,removed Enable option. point 2 is not necessary to me,I think showing it directly is more straightforward.

Thanks to LemonCrab666 for the most of the translation work.

Thank you for your adjustments. Given the current functionality of qosmate, the "enabled" setting is indeed not necessary
