refactor: run redis mongodb s3 in docker separately #247

As the prev installation instruction, you guys have to setup Redis, MongoDB, AWS S3 to run the app. But it requires a lot of steps to implement.

So I decided to separate that services to run in local. It enables you to install Nx, run the codebase with docker compose and all main features must works smoothly
