use ftExtra from CRAN #184

I have to fix ERROR from CRAN check on Solaris until 12th, September. Otherwise, ftExtra will be removed from CRAN. I already send the patched version to CRAN. Let's see what happens. https://cran.r-project.org/web/checks/check_results_ftExtra.html

Fortunately, ftExtra 0.0.3 is released without problems.
